1P browser gives failed to load page - safari doesn't?
Hi, I just noticed that some of the domains I have that use forwarding don't work in the 1Password browser - I get the message "failed to load page", yet these same IRS. Work fine on safari? Is the browser using some old implementation or something?
The urls are. Www.iterex.co.uk, or www.card.technology

Hi @365nice,
Interesting! I was able to reproduce this. I'm not entirely sure what may be happening here but I'll file a bug report for our developers to review. Thanks for letting us know about this problem! Hopefully we can get it fixed up pretty easily.
In the mean time I'd suggest using mobile Safari, as they seem to work there, with the 1Password extension:
Use the 1Password extension to fill in Safari and apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Yes that's fine. If it helps - that URL is a redirect to another domain so it looks to give 1P an issue (maybe there is a clue there?)

Yep -- I noticed that too. Thanks for following up. Definitely an odd issue.

I am also having this issue, though I can't tell if it's just for forwarded/redirected domains or not. When I enter any address in the browser within the 1Password iOS app, I always get the "Failed to Load Page - The Internet connection appears to be offline" message, and then a blank screen.
I'm okay with using Safari for now, but do miss this functionality within the 1Password app.
Commenting to follow and offer to help test if need be.

To clarify: This happens with any URL you enter into 1Browser? e.x. https://www.google.com produces this error? But browsing in Safari does not?
Thanks.

Your statement is true. I have no trouble browsing in Safari, but if I open the 1Password app, click the globe, and type in https://www.google.com and click GO, I get the error. I also get the same error if I'm in a login record, and click the saved website URL, where it automatically opens the 1Password browser and enters the URL.

That is mind boggling. :)

Support number is [#XDJ-84448-975].
I tried to access two websites from the saved URLs in the password records, and then tried to manually enter a URL in the 1Password browser directly. Got errors all three times, then generated and emailed the diagnostics, so they should appear close to the end of the log.
For what it's worth, I do know that the browser was working originally. It's only been recently (maybe a month) that it's been non-operational.

@jetregan: Thanks! I see that we've received your email, so we can continue the conversation there to get some additional information. But I did want to mention that I'm seeing errors that 1Password is being told that there is no internet connection, so I wonder if there's some external setting or cause. I'll reply shortly.

Solution for my issue was to turn on Cellular Data specifically for 1Password. (Still not sure how it got turned off in the first place...)
From iPhone, go to Settings > 1Password > make sure Cellular Data is on. This is different from the phone's Cellular Data switch at Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data.

Aha! That explains it! Thanks for letting me know. It sounds like you probably didn't have any issues on Wi-Fi then...or you have Wi-Fi Assist enabled (all the way at the bottom of the cellular settings), which uses cellular data.

I had the same issue and after one month of waiting for a reply for agile after submitting a support ticket I received a response today from agile saying "You can see that WiFi is turned off and I was able to access the bank's login page."
Gee thanks!!! Of course it's supposed to work that's why I submitted the ticket because it doesn't work!!Anyway, found this forum response today and confirm my cellular was also turned off in the 1password settings.
Never knew this existed or why it was turned off.0
