Trouble moving items into my account

    I'm on an Android and was having the same issue and the first part of Kevin's answer helps, however, I am unable to move the items from the primary vault into the personal vault as I don't see any options to select items and move them to a new vault in the app. Am I missing something or are the instructions different on an Android?

  • Hi @quantum_galaxy. Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, it's not quite yet possible to move items from the Primary vault to the Personal vault on Android. This is something we hoping to add in a future release. In the meantime, you'll need to use a Mac or PC if you have access to one.

    Just follow these steps.
