fill in email account in ios airmail app

I bought the airmail app for my iPhone 6, latest ios.
I want to add my email accounts using 1password. When i add an account the 1password, the symbol is in the top right corner. But i cannot use it to fill in my email accounts.
What am i doing wrong?

    Hi @hyper,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    How do you have your email accounts saved in 1Password? Are they saved as Login items? I don't have personal experience with AirMail but I suspect they may need to be in order to be filled.

    What happens when you attempt to fill using 1Password in AirMail? Walk me through it, please. :)

    Hi Ben,
    Thanks for your quick reply. I already found out what the problem was... i didn't have 1password properly installed so the 1password icon wasn't visible when i had to fill in the email accounts and password in Airmail.
