My main account is on my laptop, which won't accept my Master Password.

    @Arden_Sugarman: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! You'll only have an "account", and a single Master Password for it, if you subscribe to 1Password Families (or Teams), or signed up for an individual subscription plan.

    (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

    If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Since you left out a lot of important information from your post, which OS, 1Password, and sync method are you using on each device? Do you have all of your 1Password data on your iPhone or iPad? If something has become damaged on your Mac, it may be simplest to sync it back from one of those. Please let me know!
