Password recovery fails being marked as spam

You really should move away from AmazonSES for your emails. They are frequently marked as spam.

  • Hi @sgenevish! I'm sorry to hear the recovery emails have been marked as spam. You should be able to move them out of the spam box and access the links in them to complete recovery though. All our emails for 1Password Teams come from the same address, 1password@agilebits.com, and your entire team would have needed to receive emails from that address to sign up. Could you give us a few more details about how your spam filter is set up?
