but cannot make connection to the dropbox for the login service
on my windows computer the 1 password version is 4.6.1.616

@Maartenvanede: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! It sounds like you may be trying to login with a 1Password Account, but you will only have one if you subscribe to 1Password Families (or Teams), or signed up for an individual subscription plan. That’s also the only way you’ll have an Account Key or Sign In URL, both of which will be contained in your Emergency kit. Since you mentioned you've been using 1Password 4 on your PC, you won't have an account for that, as it does not support that at all. Instead, you can choose "Use without an account" to sync your data from another device or create a new vault. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
