Spotlight doesn't see the 1P application on my Mac

I am running Mac OS X 10.10.5 and all relevant updates. I usually launch my applications from Spotlight (CMD-spacebar). For some reason, after my last 1Password update, Spotlight no longer can find the application. When I type 1Password in the search field, the application does not appear. Not sure whether this is a 1Password issue, or a Mac OS issue, but I appear to be able to launch every other application I have from Spotlight. Any suggestions?

    I fixed it by rebuilding the Spotlight database. It must have been corrupted.

    That's really weird, but I'm glad you were able to clean up Spotlight to get it working right again. It sounds like you should be all set, but don't hesitate to reach out if we can be of any assistance. Cheers! :)
