@allanmabbott: I'll be honest: that's not something I've ever heard of before. The "Done" option is at the top right of my screen when I edit a Secure Note (or any other item, for that matter) on my iPad. Are you maybe editing the Notes field, and need to back out ( < ) to the item details first to save it? Otherwise, without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action:
