Unable to Create Folders

I have purchased a family account. I'm operating with iOS 10. I have read over the manual for Organizing, Folders, & Tags. When I click on Organizing icon the screen appears informing me of the features available with folders and tabs. However per the manual I do not have the plus, +, or add sign in the top right corner to create a new folder. Please help.

    Hi @SLPman,

    My apologies for the inconvenience but 1Password Families accounts do not have/support folders. We'd recommend using tags instead.
