  • Hi @emmyroca,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Unfortunately the App Store will only allow you to download the latest version of the app that your device is capable of running. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Thks. What I mean is, can I recover the old app I deleted or undo the deletion?

  • @emmyroca,

Unfortunately the answer is "probably not," as the App Store doesn't allow old versions of apps to be downloaded, usually.

Even if you were to restore the app itself, it is not likely that it would have any data in it. When you delete an app from iOS that also deletes the data associated with that app from the device. Do you have a 1Password 3 .1ptbackup backup file? If so you may be able to restore your 1Password 3 data from that.

If the version you were previously using was 1Password 3 for iOS there is a possibility that you may be able to download it from the App Store under the Updates > Purchases tab. Though as I mentioned a fresh download would not have any data in it by default.

Just so we're clear on the original problem: you upgraded and the data you ended up with in the latest version was different than the data in the old version? Have you tried checking the "saved form details" section on items in the new version for any missing information?

    Ben
