When I attempted to edit a Secure Note, the header gets obscured when the magnified portion with the cursor becomes blocked. The line jumps upwards. I cannot edit or do a text selection on my 4" iPhone.

  • Hi @wkleem,

Which model of iPhone is this?

    Thanks!

    Hi

I was attempting the edit on my iPhone SE. I currently have an iPhone 5s that doesn't have 1Password on it, have reloaded iOS to factory settings. I will try it there too.

Just an update to say that this issue happens with the 5s as well irrespective of the Pro features.

    Hi

I forgot to add that it has to be an existing ,saved, Secure Note. New Secure Notes from the "+" doesn't exhibit this issue.

  • Thanks, @wkleem! We've got an avid iPhone SE user on the team that I'm going to ask to test this out.

  • @sjk was able to reproduce this issue on his iPhone 5c. He reports there is a way to work around it:

A press-and-hold on the item title will nudge it under the title bar (whatever it's called) at the top when displaying the Select | Select All | Paste menu. Happens to a lesser degree with a simple tap. Scrolling down will reveal the title, but it might get nudged up again depending on how you edit.

We're investigating to see if there is an existing bug report open for this, or if a new one needs to be opened. Either way, we'll let our developers know about the issue. :)

    Thanks!

Thanks @Ben and @sjk for describing a possible workaround.

  • You're most welcome. :) Thanks for the report.
