Sync failure: 8 Logins visible on iPhone, only 5 visible on computer
I have eight "Logins" on my iPhone, because some of them I created on said iPhone, while only five are visible/accessible when I access my 1Password account via a computer browser.
I have screenshots that document the problem, if that would mean anything.
I'm in the middle of my 30 day trial period. Hopefully I am doing something wrong. I'd prefer this password manager be something I want to pay for when my trial period is over.

Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

I've received a report from your Mac, but not from your iOS devices. I do see you were having trouble getting the support ID from BitBot as well. When you send the reports from your iOS devices please add
[#SJE-38796-278]
at the beginning of the subject line (this is your support ID) so that your reports are linked to our existing conversation.Thanks!

Thanks for your time and patience. I've done as instructed, though I have as of 5 minutes yet to "receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number."
In the meantime I'm encountering another problem: on a completely new IOS device I've just downloaded the 1Password iOS app I'm seeing "Logins 5 >" on my "Categories" page when there clearly are 7 when I go to Logins. The app is unable to sync with itself! I'm sending screenshots of this to Mr. Woodruff at Ben@a...
I appreciate what 1Password is trying to do and I'd really like it to work but I don't have the time bandwidth to be a beta tester.

We still have not received any reports from your iOS devices.
Can you please confirm they're being sent and when sent include the Support ID that is in the response emails.
Please don't send them directly to Ben, especially this time of year, people are taking time off for the holidays and we can't check each others emails. Please send them to support+forum@agilebits.com
