Security Settings
I'm on iOS 10.2, and just updated to v6.5, and it seems like my security settings have been cleared out - including the ones under "advanced" - is there a reason for this? It doesn't seem like updating the app should remove important security decisions I've already made.

Hi @skyman375,
Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. I did not have this happen to me when I updated to 1Password 6.5 for iOS, and this is the only report I've heard so far of it happening...
Please go ahead and adjust your settings to where you'd like them. Next time you see an update please generate a diagnostic report prior to updating, and then also one after installing the update. That may help give us some idea why this is happening to you, if it happens again.
You can find instructions for generating the reports here:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)
Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the reports we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
Ben
P.S. Please make sure to post back here with your support ID when you send the reports.

Ok - thanks! I'll try that. under what circumstances would you expect the security settings to reset? It's possible that it happened at some other point - upgrading iOS etc. rather than the app update?

The only circumstances I'd expect them to reset would be when uninstalling / reinstalling the app or using the Settings > Advanced > Erase All 1Password Data option.
It's possible that it happened at some other point - upgrading iOS etc. rather than the app update?
I suppose that is possible, but again would be unexpected and not normal operation.
Ben
