Problem activating team trial

Hi Guyz, I'm really in search of a good team password manager. When I tried to create a trial, he said my team name was free all went well but I never got the mail to activate. Now if I want to try again the team name isn't free anymore (probably because I just registered it)

So now I have no account to access the team name I just made.

Any ideas on how to fix? (I'd prefer to keep the original team name I entered, so an entire new account would be méh ;))
