I have the app on my Iphone and the Master Password will not open. Please HELP!
When I enter the password for the Master Password it pauses and then goes blank and does not open. Please help me I need those passwords!

@Atom1121: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Since you left all of this information out of your post, please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action:
Find your version
The more information you can give, the better. But significantly, AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:
Recover your Master Password
If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Please let me know what you find. I look forward to hearing back from you!
