Problems creating an account

Hello

I downloaded the app onto my iPad and have loaded some logins and secure notes. All good.

I now want to access the data from my iPhone and other devices.

I noticed when looking in 1Password Accounts that no account is set up. So I set one up using the full application in a browser and received an email to confirm. On clicking "Let's get started" it just takes me back to the app and I can't see any accounts. I also cannot login online as it requests an account key. If I try to create another online account it says that the mail is already used.

This is turning out to be a bit more complicatied than I was expecting and I'm starting to lose confidence that this is going to be easy and secure.

    I don't see any accounts under the email address you use here on the forums. Could you please drop us an email to support@1password.com with the email address you used to create an account?

    Account Keys are generated on your device at the time of account creation and are presented to you at that point. We do not have access to your account key. But if you have not used the account yet we may be able to help you out.
