I updated my 1Password to 6,5 but I lost my emergency kit and I am unable to connect anymore !

Hi Ben,
thank you very much for your kind message but I cannot login at all. When I want to use my 1Password I am recognized as a new user since I cannot provide any info except my email address (on which I had downloaded that app). Is there anything to do at all?

Okay thanks for the update Michel. I think there may be some confusion here.
It doesn't look like you have a 1Password.com subscription account. There are none under the email address you use here. So you were probably previously using 1Password standalone, which only stores your data on the device you enter it on by default. If you haven't backed up or synced the data elsewhere that would be the only place it existed. If you did backup or sync your data the guides I linked should help.
