TouchID doesn't properly unlock 1Password
When using 1Password on my iPhone 7 it presents the option to unlock the app with TouchID. When I use my fingerprint it appears to unlock the app but 1Password immediately closes and goes back to the iPhone home screen. It I tap 1Password right away then it will open in an unlocked state. Why does it not just directly open/unlock the app without this extra step?

Hi @doug_harper,
Could you please check the App Store and make sure you are running the latest version of 1Password for iOS?

Thanks Ben... I was using version 6.5.1. However, I think that the problem was operator error. I was apparently pushing the button instead of just holding my thumb on it. The click was closing 1Password and going back to the home screen. I've had the phone for several months and this has always happened to me when opening 1Password. Looks like I would have figured it out by now. Sorry for the trouble !!

Thanks for the update!
To unlock iOS itself you have to "click" on the home button, but to unlock 3rd party apps (such as 1Password) a click is not required (and in fact will send you to the home screen, as you've discovered).
Thanks!
Ben
