I have a problem with syncing with iCloud. "Failed to Enable iCloud Sync"

I can't understand what I need to do to enable iCloud Drive on this Mac while I believe I am signed into the Drive.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: OS 10.12.1
Sync Type: iCloud

    I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some trouble. Could you please tell the version of 1Password that you're using on both devices that you're trying to sync?
