Thanks for taking the time to write in.
Do you have a 1Password.com subscription account that you are trying to login to, or are you using a 3rd party sync service?
I do not see any subscription accounts under your email address, so I'm assuming the latter. Please check this guide for further details on how to sync your non-1Password.com account data:How to sync 1Password with Dropbox
If you do have a subscription account but it is under a different email address than the one you use here please see this guide instead:
