Fingerprint authentication no longer working

No fingerprint icon appears on log in screen and does not recognise fingerprint. Since loading 6,5.1

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    Even with Touch ID enabled in 1Password your data is still encrypted using your Master Password. As such any time iOS clears the Master Password from the iOS keychain (for whatever reason) 1Password will need the Master Password in order to unlock. Depending on your settings this may not happen very frequently, but it is still critically important to remember your Master Password as it is the only way to decrypt your data.

    Once you have unlocked using your Master Password you may want to review your settings in 1Password under Settings > Security to make sure the lock settings are set the way you'd like them.
