ICloud sync only partially completing
I have just deleted and reinstalled 1Password Version 6.5.1 on my iPad Mini 4 and synced to iCloud to retrieve my data. The sync when completed shows only 355 items, whereas on my iPhone SE (also just updated to 6.5.1) shows 508. I only have one iCloud account. Resyncing the iPad doesn't make only difference.

Hi @zarafet,
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty getting iCloud to sync all of your data.
The first thing I'd suggest doing is making a backup from within 1Password on the iPhone SE:
1Password backups
Then I'd recommend resetting the data in iCloud:
Disable iCloud sync everywhere. Be sure to do these steps on every device:
- Open and unlock 1Password, then tap Settings > Sync > Sync Service > Disable Sync.
Remove the data from iCloud. You only need to do this on one device. Once the data is removed, there is no need to remove it again.
- Open and unlock 1Password, then tap Settings > Advanced. Scroll down and tap Erase iCloud Data.
It might take a moment to remove all the data from iCloud, but there will be a confirmation when it's done.
On the same device, begin syncing with iCloud in 1Password again.
- Begin syncing with iCloud on all other devices.

Thanks very much for the prompt reply! I followed the above instructions with eventual success. Curiously, when I went in to Sync Service to disable iCloud syncing on my iPad Mini 4, I noticed that there were 508 items showing - which is correct - although in the Categories section "All Items" only showed 353 even after leaving 30 minutes and resyncing again. I eventually reinstalled from the iPhone backup, giving the 508 items. Syncing now is working perfectly.Thanks for your help again. Great service for a great app!

Unfortunately there is a bug with item counts in 1Password for iOS. As such they may not be the best indicator.

Unfortunately there is a bug with item counts in 1Password for iOS.
I can also confirm this. The actual sync happens just fine, it's only the counts that don't update.
Fortunately there's a fix of sorts - just do the swipe-up thing where you "force quit" the 1P app and stop it running in the background. Then launch it again and the correct counts will be shown.
