@zzzeni so long as you've enabled Touch ID on your new Touch Bar MacBook Pro all you need to do is to go to 1Password 6 > Preferences > Security and check Allow Touch ID to unlock 1Password. You will then be able to use Touch ID to unlock 1Password. 1Password has supported the feature since 1Password 6.5.1.
