Need an option to move an item from personal vault to family vault.
As it is, must 'copy/family', which does the move, but then need to delete from personal. Terminology use is confusing, plus too many steps for simple procedure. Need 'copy to', not just 'copy', and additional button 'move to'.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry you're having some trouble.
You should be able to move items in the same way you can copy them. Both options are available. Learn how to move items between vaults.
Let me know if you're having some trouble following those steps for some reason. I'm sure we can get to the bottom of it. :)

I'm guessing drgiebink is not a native English speaker, so they might've had a hard time articulating their problem, and I am also guessing that they are using 1Password 6 for Windows, which, according to this Windows Beta feature request, does NOT yet support the ability to MOVE items between vaults, despite what the "Move items between vaults" article that khad linked suggests:
