I have been using your product for a long time
I have 2 elderly parents that have pass word nightmares going on LOL
The are completely IOS and Mac
what would you suggest (the both use the same 1cloud account

Thanks for taking the time to write in.

I'd highly recommend a 1Password Families account. That will be the easiest way as you'll be able to better assist them (e.x. with recovery if they forget their Master Password).
