iPhone app freezing and quitting

After logging in with master password
Rebooted iPhone and totally quit out of the 1Password app
Nothing is working and can't find any relevant help on line. 1 password 4 and os 10.9.5

    1Password 3 for iOS was retired in 2012 and is not compatible with modern versions of iOS. To continue using 1Password with modern versions of iOS you'd need to upgrade to 1Password 6 for iOS. Please send us an email to support+ios3@agilebits.com and include:
