Need help transferring data from one account to another
Hi,
I created a trial account 30 days ago, and it is now expired. I am using Windows and have the 1password app installed. Today my husband has created a new family account and invited me to it. I some how cannot copy my data over to the new account, maybe it is because my old account was expired? I also exported my old data from 1.password app and tried to upload it into the new family account. The import does not work, nothing is showing up. I also went to this site: https://support.1password.com/migrate-1password-account/ but the app does not work that same way for me.

Hi @paspasion - Thank you for contacting us and I apologize for the delay in replying back to you. In order to migrate your data over to the new account - make sure both accounts have been added to 1Password 6 -
