Will you finally add Sync Support for more vendors?
Hi 1Password-Team,
it's nice that you have your own cloud service ready, sadly after years of requests there's still no answer regarding alternate sync options, e.g. OwnCloud or something that a security-aware user can safely use.
My original decision for 1Password was exactly that i did not need to pay for a subscription service and can be the master of my own data. I don't see how I can stay a customer of your service when this really simple requirement (and please, opening a file from an alternate cloud service is a piece of cake) is ignored and the development takes the exact opposite direction of all user requests (nobody wants to pay or trust another cloud vendor), but seems purely made on account of suits counting imaginary dollars.
Will you finally add those alternate sync services? If not, i need to search for a better solution...

Hi @jasonpai,
While adding additional 3rd party sync services is not off the table, it is not a trivial persuit as you suggest, and we currently have no concrete plans to do so. As such it would be a while before anything would materialize if we were to go in that direction.
We do offer WLAN sync for those who do not want their encrypted data to pass through any devices that they do not own.

That's the same answer as 2014, I'll go and buy another password manager. And Ben, I am a software engineer myself and if adding another sync service to your ios client is not trivial, your software design does not increase my trust in your product. It really should be trivial.
