Add photo attachment to note from iOS

I can't believe this wouldn't be something I can do. Am I missing something? I have a few logins and I wanted to take a photo from my iPhone and add it to one of those notes. I don't see the option. Am I crazy or is this not something you can do?

    I have been saying this for months. I have no idea what they are doing. It is a highly requested feature from everyone I talk to.

    1Password.com subscription accounts support the ability to create Documents from photos on your Camera Roll, and those Documents can be linked to existing items. Standalone vaults unfortunately do not have this ability at this time.
