Account Frozen but I have a License
I am having the same problem, my account is frozen. I have requested my license key, and it still isn't coming in. I have paid for it on my phone and on my computer. Full licenses. Any help would be appreciated. I purchased the computer version in 2014, which I still have the receipt for it. No license key since it was in iTunes.
I was attempting to connect my phone and my computer so I purchased the 9.99 version. It connected for awhile, then froze all my accounts a couple days ago.
