1Password charged me both the monthly $4.99 rate and the yearly $42.00 rate. I am a single person

I have been charged double and at the wrong rate. I am a single person. I never asked for ther family rate. I have been using 1Password on all of my devices for nearly 10 years. You need phone support. Email is not suficient.
