IOS unable to create folders

Read the instructions on how to create folders (https://support.1password.com/guides/ios/folders.html)

My screen does not show a button for add folder.

Please advise.

    @dgreenberg123,

    If you look at the top left of the screen do you see a rainbow of circles in a circle? If you tap that and then select the entry that says Primary does it give you an edit mode and that New Folder button?

    Another possibility is that you're using a 1Password.com account which doesn't have folders at all.
