I have two vaults (Primary and Personal) but All Vaults only shows accounts from Primary

If I switch to the Personal vault I'll see all my accounts, but back to the All and I only see the ones from Primary. This has been doing this since I setup the additional vault about 7 months ago.

@ggerade,

If you open the Preferences window to the All Vaults tab, does it show Personal unchecked?
