Hi @NorCalGal,
Could you please verify you've set up syncing as outlined here:

Hi @NorCalGal,
I'm sorry you're having trouble syncing 1Password between all three devices! This is a bit different than the problem from the previous discussion, so I've moved your message to a new thread. I hope you don't mind!
To help you solve this and get everything syncing correctly again, we'll need to know some details about your setup:
- What version of iOS do you have on your iPhone and iPad?
- What exact version of 1Password is installed on your iPhone and iPad?
- What version of OS X / macOS are you running on your Mac?
- What exact version of the 1Password app is installed on your Mac?
- How are you syncing your 1Password data (1Password.com account, Dropbox, iCloud, WLAN Server)?
- Do your iPad and Mac sync correctly with each other?
- Which device has all your latest 1Password information? (Or does each device have some data the others don't have?)
Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I sync through Dropbox. my Mac and iPad do mostly sync.My phone as the most info. When I know I've added, or changed a password on my phone, I mostly do not find it on my desktop or iPad.

I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:
Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please include your forum handle
NorCalGal
and a link to this threadhttps://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/74185/
with your email. You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

@NorCalGal
Devices
iPhone 6s+ / iOS 10.2/ Mac book pro / OSX10.11.6I backed up luckily on my iPhone my last 1P keychain on Dropbox.
This is synced and it has 1456+/- items
Then I sync my iPhone through Dropbox.
I deleted the previous 1Password version to install the Las new version 1Password 6.5.31Password is locked and can't be unlocked.
When I see in preferences:- sync - primary option is "none"
- WLAN Server option blocked
- Backup:
done today ?? With only 24items
And several from 2014 with 22items
I suppose locked out with the 1Password freshly installed:
- The 1password app on my mac asks a master password from 2014 which I don't remember.
- the extension which now is empty:* (null) Vault*
Next step?
- copy the backup from Dropbox on the mac?
how can I can access the backup is 1password locked me out?

@olius: It sounds like after you deleted 1Password iOS and reinstalled it (though I don't quite understand why) you set it up with a 1Password.com Account for the subscription service instead of syncing your existing Dropbox vault. 1Password.com cannot use Dropbox or WLAN Server, as sync is handled exclusively by 1Password.com -- you just login to your account to access your data on each device. Can you tell me a bit more about what you're trying to do? We'll get this sorted out!
