Creating folders

According to the online support, I can create a folder to store, for example, all of my financial information without having to look at all of my online passwords. I'm supposed to be able to go to File > New Folder but that isn't an option. I have New Item and New Login.

Is this feature no longer available?

    Hi @RCMjr,

    Thanks for writing in with your question! The 'New Folder' option won't appear if you're in the All Vaults view, or if you're viewing a vault that is part of a 1Password.com account. You said you're using iCloud to sync your 1Password data, which likely means you aren't using a 1Password.com account. In that case, please check the top left corner of the 1Password app - do you see 'All Vaults' there? If so, click on that and select your Primary vault (or another local vault). Now you should be able to create a new folder.
