Syncing devices

i am having trouble syncing. i used all the knowledgeable instructions.
my iPhone 6 shows 146 items, iCloud shows 51 items, and when i open the app the item count is 226.

1Password Version: mac-6.5.3
Extension Version: 4.6.2
OS Version: 10.11.6
Sync Type: iCloud

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble syncing with iCloud. Can you please check a couple of things? First of all, can you please make sure that you've signed in with the same iCloud account on both devices? If you have, can you please try setting up your sync to "none" in both devices and then setting it back up to iCloud?
