I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble syncing with iCloud. Can you please check a couple of things? First of all, can you please make sure that you've signed in with the same iCloud account on both devices? If you have, can you please try setting up your sync to "none" in both devices and then setting it back up to iCloud? This article will help you get this checked: https://support.1password.com/sync-options/.
Please let us know what you find out and if we need to dig a bit deeper :chuffed:
