    Did you ever solve syncing issue? I am having the same problem. I've been using this program for many years without a glitch, until now

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    So that both you and rbmuse can get the attention you deserve and so as to not confuse things I've split your message off into its own thread.

    I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices. You didn't mention which devices you have, so I've included instructions for all of them:

    Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    With your email please include:

    1) A link to this thread: https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/74326/
    2) Your forum username: ler

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
