Website doesn't play nice (State Farm)
Is a popup-type login but 1P puts the password where the username should go and nothing where the password goes (double-checked the designations in 1P to make sure they're correct).

Can you see if filling changes at all if you create a new Login item using the steps outlined on our page How to save a Login manually in your browser please. I created a test item in 1Password 4 for Windows found it would fill not just the username and password but also the menu option as well if you set it before saving the Login item. We should get the same results so if you find a new Login item doesn't fill all of these fields please do let us know.

ok it worked, i think the previous login had a different URL originally (i deleted it)
