The fingerprint button underneath the Master Password field not longer appears

Hi. Two months ago I use 1PASSWORD on Iphone 7 ios 10. I have always used the touch id to unlock it. A few days ago I tried to enter with the master key (to remember it) and I could not. From that moment the icon of the touch id that appeared below the master key no longer appears AND I CAN NOT REMEMBER THE MASTER KEY !!! Help!!! All my passwords are saved in 1password! HELP PLEASE!!!

    Good morning @hmfarias. I'm terribly sorry for the trouble you're having here! Because you entered an incorrect Master Password, 1Password disabled Touch ID until you can provide the correct Master Password.

    There is no way for any of us here at AgileBits to reset your Master Password or reenable Touch ID for you. That information is never transmitted to us.
