My preference tab in safari settings on iPhone and iPad is missing after I turned on 1password exten

I turned on the 1password extention in safari settings preference tab. My 1password is not filling in my info so I was going back to delete the extention and reinstall the most current one from 1password but my preference tab under safari is now gone. This is the same for both iPad and iPhone.
