Fortinet WebGui pages will not save

I can never get Fortinet Gateways to save passwords. Is this a known issue

I have tried to create a new login but this does not work either

    @dpaq Thanks for your post. Can you share a URL to a publicly accessible version of the sign in page such as a demo account where we can test or post a screenshot of what the sign in process looks like? I have a couple of clues what might be going on, but I want to confirm before sending you down a rabbit trail. :)

    It works now - I had to confirm my email address for some reason

    Nothing stands out from the screenshot. Would you be happy to share the URL with us here in our public support forums? To understand what is going on I think we need to visit the login page and take a look ourselves.

    Hey thanks! you fixed the PICNIC issue - I had an exclusion in the auto-tab in preferences which told it not to save for a particular domain. Nothing to do with Fortinet.

    Glad we could help @dpaq :smile: Things like that are easy to overlook; we've all done it at some point or another and that's despite the fact that we work with the 1Password application day in day out. Some times it's just more about the fresh perspective.

    Oh and we only reached that point after we had a chance to see the page as it was always possibility that something was wrong with 1Password. We can't forget that part :wink:
