My master password stopped working.

when I enter my master password 1password freezes.

    @kfryk1: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! 1Password 3 was developed in 2009 for iPhone OS 3, and hasn't been under active development for years, so it isn't compatible with iOS 10. But you can upgrade to 1Password 6, which support iOS 9 and 10 fully, and migrate your existing data:

    How to upgrade from 1Password 3 on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    You will, however, still need to enter the correct Master Password to access the data. Let me know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

    When I enter The master password I've always used the app freezes. Anyway to fix that?

    Hi @kfryk1

    Could you please give us a few more details of what exactly is happening? It does sound like 1Password is freezing in general because you're running very old software on a current OS. If you upgrade as Brenty suggested everything will probably fall back in place for you :chuffed: Please let us know what you find out!
