I apparently have duplicate accounts on my Mac; how to keep only one of them?

Apparently I have duplicate accounts on my Mac; I believe this was because I didn't install the 1Password extension on the Chrome browser before I started entering passwords, etc. I am able to get to the account with the passwords, etc.... I'm concerned about the other account with the same master password...

How do I straighten this mess out?
