Not recognizing me as a registered Pro user.

The latest pro version no longer recognizes me as a registered pro user. I have tried to restore purchases several times to no avail. What should I try next? Thanks for any help.

    I'd recommend go to the App Store in your phone's Settings, signing out of the app store and then sign back in. Then relaunch 1Password and try to Restore the purchase. Make sure you are signing in with the same AppleID you used to purchase the Pro features.

    Note that if you are just upgrading from version 3, released several years ago, you will need to purchase the Pro Features in-app purchase.

    If you are upgrading from a later version, or had purchased the Pro features already, please try to restore the purchase again. Then, I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)

    Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to [email protected].

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.
