I have been a 1Password user. Recently my iPad had to be reset as a new iPad. Therefore, I had to download apps and put in their password to activate them. I am not able to activate 1Password on my iPad.

OS Version: ios 10.2.1

    Hi @Swami,

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble setting up 1Password on your iPad! If you sync your 1Password data via Dropbox, you should just need to choose the Dropbox option when you open 1Password on your iPad for the first time.

If you're having trouble with that, can you please describe exactly what happens when you open 1Password on your iPad? Let us know what you see, what steps you take, and what happens when you take those steps, and we should have a better idea of how to help get things back on track. Thanks! :)

Hi Drew, This is the first screen I see.
When I click on blue flag near the words "1Password.com" I see this:

    Thanks for helping, Swami.

  • Thanks Swami! On that first screen you'll need to scroll down in order to see the Dropbox option. Also can you please make sure you're running the latest version of 1Password for iOS? You can find it here:

Thanks so much Ben. It never occurred to me to scroll down.
    Best wishes, Swami

  • You're very welcome! Sorry that wasn't more intuitive.

Now that you're squared away, you may wish to take a look at our new 1Password subscription account offering. It makes having access to your data across all of your devices super simple, as all of the latest versions of all of our apps are always included, and accessing your data is as simple as signing into your account. No more worrying about if you have a license for the latest version, or having to buy new if you switch platforms. No more having to manually configure Dropbox or other 3rd party sync service. It also enables super easy sharing of items with your family or team members, if desired. You can learn more about this new offering here:

    https://1password.com

We've been building this service over the last few years based on feedback from customers that the aforementioned items needed to be easier/better and 1Password accounts are our answer to that feedback.

No pressure, but we do truly believe it is the best way to use 1Password.

    Ben
