How to get my family account to sync with Mac account

Hello,

I originally created a family trial account that recently expired and became frozen. After it expired, I opted to set up 1Password on my new MacBook Pro with the touch bar. So I purchased the Mac version and tried to use my family account credentials to sign in. I am able to sign in and view my accounts, but the account is still frozen. Can you help me set it up so I can update my accounts and use the touch bar to log into my various accounts?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
