Previous account name appearing online

Very minor GUI annoyance but should be a quick fix.

Last year I changed the name of my account but I've noticed it still appears in various screens when adjusting settings online.

For example, in the Admin Console > Groups screen, select a group (Team Members) then click on Manage Access. The common "Shared" vault has a description below saying "Items in this vault can be seen and edited by all members of [previous account name]".
