@Vlalex it's impossible to help you without some basic information so please tell us:

    • What version of 1P you are using (the link will tell you how to find that information)
    • Your OS X version number
    • What version of 1Password for iOS you are using (the link will tell you how to find that information)
    • Your iOS version number
    • What sync method you use to sync your 1P data (Dropbox, iCloud or wifi—or do you have a subscription to 1Password?)
    • Whether you have recently changed your master password and, if so, where you changed it

Hi Stephen, I using 2 versions.
    1. 1 Password Pro - 3.6.5 - the problems with it.
    2. 1 Password -6.5.1
the last one working and no problem. The problem with 1st one. I enter the password, and it frozen in a 3-5 seconds, and completely closes the application. I tried to synchronize via Dropbox, it writes the incorrect password. I changed especially dropbox pass, in the hope that the information will be load.
I use the last one iOS version on all my devices.( for exm.iOS 10.2.1)

@Vlalex: Ah, thanks for clarifying! It looks like you're using an old iOS version of 1Password, rather than the Mac version, which is the category you posted in.

1Password 3 overall has some issues on recent versions of iOS since it was designed back in 2009 for iPhone OS 3. It cannot sync with Dropbox, because they discontinued that API long ago (2012?) It also has not been under active development for years and won't be receiving updates, so the best thing to do would be to upgrade to 1Password 6, which fully supports iOS 9 and 10. Just follow this guide to migrate your data:

How to upgrade from 1Password 3 on your iPhone or iPad

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions! :)
