I got Pro for my iPad and phone for $14.99 but think I should have got the subscription instead?
I bought the Pro but can't sign into 1passward online as it's asking for an account key and emergency kit etc. Have I bought the wrong version. I've gained some extra features with my Pro, but not what its advertising. I'm confused, please help.

Hi Ben, thanks for your quick reply. Yeah, I got a little confused after I seen there's a $99 pack for the Mac, $14.99 for the iPad and phone and also a $2.99 subscription for the iPad too. I'd love the Mac pack put it'll have to wait until finances are a little better.
However, when I get my Apple Recept and get an app refund I've go with the subscription for sure and hopefully upgrade to the full Mac version too. Apart from that the app looks awesome, very impressed. Did some research from my previous password keeper app and find this one much better with great reviews, plus it was recommended from a friend as well who a big tech head and knows his stuff.
Hope to have it fully up and running and enjoying safe and easy internet surfing soon, that'll give me peace of mind for years and years to come.

The subscription includes full access to all of our applications. There is no need to purchase them on top of the subscription.
If you get a refund from Apple they may prevent you from downloading the app & updates from them. If you'd still like to be able to do that and haven't already requested a refund please be sure to shoot us an email as mentioned above. If you have already requested a refund -- you can still download the Mac application from our website.
