I'm just starting with 1Password (v.6.5.3) and have installed it on OS Sierra v10.12.3.
Also installed on iPhone iOS v10.2.1. Trying to sync using iCloud. Your support page says choose “Find your data” (on the Mac) and select iCloud from the list, however, "Find your Data" is nowhere to be found. Also, 1Password "Preferences" does not show "sync" option.
1Password Version: 6.5.3
Extension Version: 4.6.2
OS Version: 10.12.3
Sync Type: iCloud
Referrer: forum-search:Can't find "Find your Data" and Preferences does not offer "sync."

It appears you've signed up for a 1Password.com subscription account (actually two of them). If you are signed into one of those accounts on the Mac that would explain why you do not have sync options (sync is handled entirely by the 1Password.com service when using an account).
The best way to use 1Password with your family is with the new Family subscription: https://1password.com/families
With 1Password Families, you and your whole family get the latest version of the 1Password apps on all of your devices, and from 1Password.com in a browser. Alongside a private place to put your passwords and other data, each person can also share things with other family members using the Shared vault, and you can invite other folks in your family anytime.
To proceed with the subscription account:
- Move your existing data over: https://support.1password.com/migrate-1password-account
- Add an additional family organizer from the Family Members tab in your Admin Console just in case someone forgets their Master Password.
Since you signed up for two accounts (one individual and one family) you'll also want to move the data from the individual account to the family account, and then you may want to consider deleting the individual account.
Let me know if you have any questions along the way.

Hi Ben.
Thanks for responding. I've successfully imported my data into my "family" account and I have a few questions:
1. How do I delete the no longer needed original account (which is now a duplicate acct.)?
2. How do I use the data to fill forms, logins, etc? Does it autofill like keychain in Safari?
3. Should I still leave "autofill" on in Safari on my Mac?
4. How does use of 1Password differ on my iPhone?Thank you,

Alan,
Great!
How do I delete the no longer needed original account (which is now a duplicate acct.)?
Once you have verified that all data has been successfully migrated to your account (you can double check by logging into your family account on our website: https://signin.1password.com and viewing your vault there) you can delete the old "Primary" vault from 1Password > Settings > Vaults > Primary > Delete Vault.
How do I use the data to fill forms, logins, etc? Does it autofill like keychain in Safari?
1Password does not fill any data until you ask it to. This is by design, and we feel is a more secure approach. You can read about how to fill in Safari on iOS here:
Use the 1Password extension to fill in Safari and apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Should I still leave "autofill" on in Safari on my Mac?
No. Once you're set up with the 1Password extension on Mac I'd recommend turning off Safari's built-in autofill.
Use the browser extension to save and fill passwords on your Mac or Windows PC
How does use of 1Password differ on my iPhone?
I'm not sure I understand the question, but hopefully the above guides get you pointed in the right direction. :) If not could you please elaborate what information you're looking for?
I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
Ben
